The process of evaluation or reassessment of the supplier is conducted based on the results of the response of buyers, according to the book of complaints, customer service points, contact center. Each incident related to a violation of the contract for the delivery of products to Raz Dva stores by a supplier is documented: the products are photographed, photographs confirming that the goods are of inadequate quality or spoiled are sent by e-mail to supplier’s representative.
